The Marketing team at Oxygen Freejumping approached us to produce a new safety briefing video for their parks. Our instructional video is played to all jumpers across their parks before they enjoy their session to ensure they stay safe.
Oxygen Freejumping are the UK’s No.1 trampoline parks and have the country’s most jumping trampoline parks with sites across the UK.
The Marketing team at Oxygen Freejumping approached us to produce a new safety briefing video for their parks. The instructional video would be played to all jumpers across their parks before they enjoy their session to ensure they understand and follow the health and safety regulations.
They were looking for a fast turnaround project whilst maintain ing a high standard product which got all the key points across in a fun way. They provided the script and we did the rest!
A large scale project in a small time frame.
As the video would be played to every one of Oxygen’s customers visiting their parks we knew we the video needed to be produced with a very high production value in order to reflect the brand at its best.
The marketing team had a launch date for the video which we had to ensure was met. We sourced a large number of extras at very last minute which we managed to achieve due to our large database of extra and actors, as well as reaching out to our followers on our social media channels to bring in any local families that wanted to take part. It is worth noting that all our team work with children and young people on a regular basis and are therefore fully DBS checked.
We organised over 15 extras and actors, put together the call sheet, the crew and off we went on the shoot within a few days of being briefed. We shot the video bright and early in the morning whilst the Southampton park was still closed and managed to wrap up just in time for the opening of the park in the late morning.
We edited the video together with an upbeat music track and some small graphics to add that final touch and edited the video down in to a professional safety briefing video ready to roll out to all the parks and keep thousands of jumpers safe!
Incredibly smooth, the upmost professionalism
We commissioned Robin Creative Media to produce our new safety briefing video which is shown to every customer before they enter one of our parks. The video therefore needed to be a very high quality production and Robin and his team certainly delivered. We were on a very tight deadline, but their knowledge of production meant they were able to pull together a large number of actresses and extras within a matter of days and make sure the shoot went incredibly smooth and handled with the upmost professionalism. The final video is fun, informative and really gets our message across, so we were very pleased. Robin Creative Media was able to undertake this large scale project at a very reasonable cost and we have already booked in our next project with them.
The project was such a success we have since worked with the brand on a number of commissions ranging from content promoting kids parties and school trips through to instructional videos highlighting how to perform certain tricks on the trampolines. We both film and edit the video content and also film certain content and then supply to their in-house videographer to edit.
